Mike Mercuri is a young construction professional with over 6 years of construction estimating and sales experience. He graduated from Morgan State University with a degree in construction management, and then quickly began work in estimating and sales roles at commercial general contractors, eventually becoming a Preconstruction manager. He excels at this role, also consulting multiple contractors in the art of Pre-Construction. Since 2017, Mike has estimated over $1.5 Billion in contract value with over $45 million turning into awards. He consistently ensures client satisfaction from the start of the construction lifecycle, allowing the project team to succeed on your project.

Michael Mercuri

Jason Kara is a long-time senior construction project manager with over 16 years of commercial, State, and Federal construction projects. Jason Started his career as a superintendent and quickly progressed to a field-based management position. Since 2021, Jason has managed over $7 million contract value of projects. Jason regularly develops and maintains the project schedule on all the projects he manages using a variety of scheduling software based on the customers’ requirements. He has extensive knowledge of the architectural divisions of construction and can bring project contract documents to life with the accuracy and quality that keeps customers coming back.

Railing Systems

MJ Build is a Certified HDI Railings installer. HDI provides products manufactured from a variety of materials including round, rectangular, and elliptical stainless steel in grades 304 and 316. Colored railings are available in a range of powder-coated steel components. Options for standard or custom wood handrails and a variety of infill options from glass to resin to metal are also available.
